This lovely pure cheesecake is made for my brother as one of the hantaran during his engagement. It's soooo pure u can feel the cheese in ur vein :D cos i added no flour at all. The recipe is of cos originated from my baking class in Oregon 10 years back, plus my own creativity and taste.
I used Chocolate chip cookies/ Oreos most of the time for the base. N the cheese filling is for sure added with sprinkle of more n more chocolate chips / chocolate rice..u name it, Yuyu make it 4u!
