Edible "High School Musical" Cake

This cake was ordered by dear Kak Ross and Kak Iza for K.Iza's daughter birthday.. The 7-year-old girl loves HSM soooooo much! that she insisted to have her favorite characters on her cake. It's a moist chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese icing...deco was made from buttercream, fondants, and of course the HSM edible. I had so much fun gathering up ideas to make the cake interesting for the birthday girl...Hope the cake made ur day! :D

Remember When We Watch Sesame Street???

When i was a kid, i used to love watching Sesame Street..today, in remembering the happy times back then, i made a special elmo cake..but not the usual red elmo, instead i made a BLUE ELMO.

Elmo is self-described as three-and-a-half years old and characteristically refers to himself in the 3rd person..isn't tht cute?? :D
Kids must LOVE this kind of cake..its not only fun n exciting but also great in taste..

I just made this cake yesterday..ordered by a friend, Mas to celebrate her colleague birthday. The chocolate cake (with cheese in the middle) is covered with fondant layer n as u can obviously see i made colorful luscious lips also using fondant. Bibir-bibir menawan tu semua pakai lip gloss jgk tau! hehehe..tp bukan dr MAC or estee lauder or whtsoever..but specially made apricot jelly..sweeeeet!

Pure Cheesecake

This lovely pure cheesecake is made for my brother as one of the hantaran during his engagement. It's soooo pure u can feel the cheese in ur vein :D cos i added no flour at all. The recipe is of cos originated from my baking class in Oregon 10 years back, plus my own creativity and taste.
I used Chocolate chip cookies/ Oreos most of the time for the base. N the cheese filling is for sure added with sprinkle of more n more chocolate chips / chocolate rice..u name it, Yuyu make it 4u!
